I brought my two sons (ages 3 and 10) to the Lindale location to have their hair trimmed after school on May 15th 2017. When I walked in I noticed several people in the lobby, waiting- which I expected because of the time of day. I have been to a Sport Clips in Tyler but never the Lindale location so I was surprised to see an electronic check-in (I have never had to do this before). There was no one attending the front counter. I tried to check in but the computer/screen/keyboard was not user friendly.. I finally got it done. About that time a lady came up to the counter to check someone out. I asked her if I had done everything correctly and she said no, I needed to do it again for my second son, NOT offering help (obviously I was having a hard time) or even smiling... It seemed to me like I was in her way of her checking someone out. We left. It is absolutely ridiculous that people have to electronically check themselves in on a computer that doesn't work well and even more frustrating to deal with someone that lacks customer service skills to such an extent.
